Olive Oil Liquido d'Oro Il Primo d'Oro Organic 500 ml
Item description
Liquido d'Oro olive oil is produced with a lot of love, passion, pleasure, and knowledge by farmers throughout Italy. This Il Primo d'Oro Olive Oil is produced in Tuscany, around the mountain area of Monte Amiata. Seggianese, Leccino, Frantoio and Correggiolo olives are used for this oil. To preserve the pure taste of the olives as much as possible, the oil is made according to the organic 'Sinolea' technique. This is a slow process. The olives are picked by hand and no pressure or water is used during the centrifugation. The olives are slowly and coldly pressed through a sieve with soft paddles, so that the pure thick oil is released by itself. The Il Primo d'Oro oil is therefore a thick olive oil with a strong taste that smells of young leaves and green walnuts. This oil is excellent for direct use, such as with bread. Bon appetit!
