This is the Coravin Pure™ Capsules (3-Piece) that form the basis for all Coravin wine storage systems. The Pure Capsules are filled with 100% pure medical grade argon gas. This argon gas increases the pressure in the wine bottle so that the wine flows through the needle and then forms a layer again between the wine and the air in the wine bottle when the system is removed. A Pure Capsule is easy to install and uses a patented cap and sealing technology. This guarantees a perfect connection to the safety mechanism so that the Pure Capsule will not leak. This is a 3-piece set.
