This is Eva Solo's sauté pan. It is a design classic from 1977, now in a new and improved version! It is highly polished from stainless steel and is now equipped with more robust handles, while the original virgin steel has been replaced with 90% recycled steel. The recycled steel has the same high quality as virgin steel and ensures that the pans can be used daily. It gives the cookware optimum rust resistance, extended durability and assured ease of cleaning. The handle and bottom are made of conventional stainless steel. The surfaces remain shiny for years and the robust handles stay cold during cooking. The pans are also dishwasher safe.
