In addition, all of the pans come with a glass lid. Thanks to the specially designed edge, you can pour without leaking. The pans can be used on all heat sources, are dishwasher safe, and are scratch resistant. The pans are made of the special Cromargan stainless steel, a special type of stainless steel designed by WMF which is even stronger and does not affect the flavour of your food. Finally, the handles remain cold due to the special Cool + technology and the lid has special holes for releasing steam.
