Good In Every Aspct
- Good Quality
This is the second Le Creuset kettle; my previous one started to rust inside after many years of hard work, hard water and descaling.
My only disappointment is that I couldn't get another Cassis colour to match my kitchen but the black is nice and shiny - and almost invisible on my induction hob.

Great Kettle. Misleading Website.

This is a fantastic kettle. It looks great, is well built and has a large capacity. Oozes quality. The only slight downside is the handle which although appears well insulated does in fact get very hot so you need to use a cloth when pouring.
Very misleading website. UK domain, UK customer services number. I thought I was buying from a UK seller. Does not ship from UK. Instead shipped from Holland. Very underhand. Delivery took 5 days. Avoid this seller unless you don't mind waiting a long time for your item to arrive from Holland. Rubbish customer service response to complaint. Will not be ordering from cookwarestore.co.uk !! again.
