With this set you can marinate meat, fish and vegetables very easily and quickly. The full set, available separately, consists of a valve, reservoir, vacuum pump, small bag and a large bag. Place the meat, fish or vegetables you want to marinate in the bag together with your marinade. Then you can use the pump to draw the air out of the bag, creating a vacuum around your food. Because the bag now contains almost no air, you need much less marinade than with a normal bag. Your food in the bag will absorb the marinade much faster and will have the right taste faster.
